In this role, you will coordinate administrative, tax, and documentation processes related to real estate transactions, offering comprehensive, personalized support to international clients before and after their property purchase.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing and following up on property purchase files and transaction documentation
- Advising and guiding international clients throughout the entire purchase and after-sales process
- Handling property-related taxes, tax obligations, and non-resident tax matters
- Liaising with public authorities and official bodies such as AEAT, ATIB, and the land registry
- Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and processing tourist license applications
- Communicating smoothly with clients, notaries, registries,



and external partners while maintaining organized digital and physical archives

What you bring to the team:
- Higher vocational qualification in administration, finance, business management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional administrative experience with direct client contact (preferably in real estate, law firms, or tax consultancies)
- Solid knowledge of property tax law, administrative procedures, and electronic government platforms
- Advanced skills in standard office applications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German, xugodme English, and Spanish
- Strong client orientation, attention to detail, proactive approach, and high discretion
