Hi Homes is a fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate agency helping international buyers purchase resale properties and new developments across the Costa del Sol.

Powered by one of the coast's strongest digital lead-generation engines, we're expanding our sales team and looking for four experienced Buyer Agents who are ready to perform.

You focus on understanding your clients, finding the right properties and closing deals.

Access to a consistent volume of inbound buyer leads, with established agents typically receiving 50 to 100+ opportunities per month, subject to capacity and performance

~ Commission ranging from 30% to 65%, increasing based on defined performance criteria

~ Full back-office, legal & after-sales support

~ Strong online exposure to help build your personal brand, including on our social media channels & on the Hi Homes YouTube channel (@HiHomes)

~24/7 access to a state-of-the-art office that will wow your clients

Regular sales training and coaching with our founder

Bi-annual team-building events

At least 2 years of proven Costa del Sol real estate experience





Strong knowledge of Costa del Sol locations, developments and the property-buying process

Excellent lead-management discipline, including fast response times, persistent follow-up and accurate CRM usage

Ability to qualify buyers, organise and conduct viewings, negotiate effectively and manage transactions through to completion

Commercially ambitious, accountable and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Fluent English (Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Norwegian, Finnish are a big plus)

Based on the Costa del Sol, with own car and driver's licence

Comfortable working commission-only as an autónomo (or willing to register)
