Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, review, and optimize software solutions by blending modern engineering with AI-powered tooling. You will improve Java/Spring Boot applications, reduce technical debt, and ensure secure, scalable systems for trading controls. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and delivery. This position sits at the intersection of software craftsmanship and AI-enabled development, contributing to robust, maintainable product platforms.

• Support backend and frontend development following modern standards
• Contribute to CI/CD processes
• Document solutions using JIRA, Confluence, and ALM

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, quality, and development standards

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years as Software Developer or Code Analyst
• Strong Java, JDBC, J2EE, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Maven, Node.js (JADE/Pug), HTML
• Oracle Database, REST APIs and Microservices
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, DevOps
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Devin)
• Knowledge of SonarQube and Fortify for code quality and security
• Agile software development experience
