We’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s curious, driven, and great at starting conversations. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients - identifying leads, sparking interest, and turning curiosity into opportunities.
Take care of reporting on the progress of your own deals in our CRM (Hubspot).




You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
You excel at asking good questions to gain an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs.
You are self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently in a fully remote team setup.
You have a good understanding of technology and different sales tools, including Hubspot.
You are passionate about remote work – you enjoy working in a remote setup yourself and want to enable many more employers to reap the benefits of this setup.
