In this role you will drive the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring goals are met on time, within scope and budget. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with client vision, and manage risks and changes to keep stakeholders informed. You’ll lead project demos, steering meetings, and post-project evaluations, focusing on customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, client-facing position in a fast-growing Salesforce-centered environment. You will shape project outcomes and contribute to Omega CRM’s mission of delivering exceptional CX experiences.

- Support pre-sales activities: design, estimation, planning, and assumptions.
- Assign and supervise team tasks, including vacations and absences.
- Manage progress to meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
- Facilitate change requests and communicate schedule/budget impacts.
- Provide project visibility to clients and the Customer Success Manager; lead follow-ups and steering committees.
- Alert operations to deviations; establish communication and risk mitigation plans.




- Monitor project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead client demos and resolve implementation issues.
- Manage customer relationships and drive satisfaction; pursue outcome-oriented objectives.
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned; solicit customer satisfaction surveys.
- Identify potential Up u0026 Cross-Selling opportunities for the account.

Responsabilidades

- +5 years of experience in Project Management with proven leadership of Salesforce projects
- +3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM implementation processes
- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Jira or similar PM tools
- Professional proficiency in English (Medium-High level)
