- 2+ years experience with SAP Business AI
- Strong SAP BTP experience
- SAP AI Foundation
- SAP AI Core
- SAP AI Launchpad
- SAP Build
- SAP Joule / Joule Studio
- Generative AI development
- LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or equivalent)
- AI agents and agentic workflows xugodme
- RAG architecture
- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or CAP
