Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive growth for Dutch clients by delivering Google Ads solutions and acting as a trusted advisor. You onboard new clients, minimize churn, and identify growth opportunities while managing a high-volume portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor PPC campaigns, achieve targets, and support clients in a fast-paced digital market. This position offers a chance to shape market strategy and scale client impact in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Onboard new clients and provide advisory support to design strategic PPC campaigns
• Drive revenue growth through outbound outreach and campaign upsells
• Engage the Dutch market to identify needs and propose tailored solutions
• Manage a large base of accounts and maintain accurate customer data

Responsabilidades
• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience; MA/MSc preferred
• C2 level Dutch and high-level English
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing experience
• Regular use of AI tools and CRM systems
• Deep understanding of Dutch market etiquette and digital marketing ecosystem
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy for compliant outreach
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle ROI questions
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Analytical skills for competitor analysis and market trends
