We are hiring an Operations Manager to build the operational infrastructure behind recruiting and make the Talent function scalable, measurable, and well-run. You will report directly to the Head of Operations, Talent, as the second person in the function, with broad ownership across systems, processes, and reporting. This is not a traditional recruiting coordinator position — it is suited to an early-career professional who can enter an undefined environment, work out what is missing, and turn ambiguity into practical solutions. Talent or Recruitment Operations experience is not required; Help own our ATS, recruiting tools, and wider recruiting infrastructure.




Build dashboards and reporting covering funnel performance, hiring velocity, bottlenecks, and recruiter performance.
Ensure recruiting data is accurate, structured, and usable for decision-making.
Ensure the operational candidate journey is consistent, efficient, and high quality.
Work across Talent, hiring managers, People, and other functions to ensure processes work in practice.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Evidence of independently owning projects from problem definition through implementation.
Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders.
An interest in systems, processes, automation and data.
A strong background in SQL, Python or workflow automation is a plus.
