As Project Manager for the Palma office, you will oversee a dynamic portfolio across multiple projects and teams. You’ll maintain a clear, up-to-date view of priorities, risks, and capacity, acting as the PMO-like backbone that keeps everyone aligned. You’ll support onboarding, governance, and cross-project coordination across Digital Health, Vision AI, SAP Cloud extensions, and more.

This role offers close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional groups to drive timely, high-quality delivery in a growing, values-driven environment.

- Coordinate across multiple projects and teams in the Palma office
- Support onboarding of new projects and team members with necessary context
- Maintain portfolio visibility including priorities and capacity, support resource planning
- Facilitate check-ins, follow-ups, and status reviews




- Run internal projects to ensure on-time and on-quality delivery for Trifork Spain targets
- Identify issues early and help teams implement practical solutions
- Keep project documentation, budgets, and forecasts up to date and accessible
- Flag deviations in scope, budget, or timeline and help plan corrective actions

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years experience as Project Manager, PMO, or similar
- Ability to be the reference point for multi-project visibility
- Clear, confident communication with technical xugodme teams and stakeholders
- Experience with project tracking, reporting, and status follow-up across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Project Management certifications (nice to have)
