Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support manufacturing for Eurofighter RHW in Getafe, collaborating across design, MRB, and production teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions. You’ll update documentation, provide shop-floor support, and help shape new manufacturing technologies. Your work will drive efficient, compliant manufacturing while aligning with multi-functional teams and Airbus’s quality and continuous improvement culture. This is a hands-on role that offers impact on complex aerospace programs.

• Update documentation and instructions to reflect design changes and process improvements
• Provide shop floor support to resolve manufacturing issues
• Collaborate with MRB for defect disposition, waivers, and non-conformities
• Co-design with design office to improve and approve new designs (MCA, RFA)
• Be part of a cross-functional team to resolve manufacturing line issues
• Maintain manufacturing structure, processes,



and associated documentation (work orders, instructions, job cards)
• Incorporate feedback (OSF, KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving) to mature processes
• Develop and assess new technologies to support business needs
• Maintain product configuration awareness and anticipate future manufacturing needs
• Introduce new manufacturing processes based on novel technology solutions

Responsabilidades
• Aeronautical Engineering degree or related discipline
• 3-5 years in Manufacturing, Engineering or Design
• Advanced English
• CATIA, Sipla, SAP, MEP, DBC, DMU4D, 3DAV
