As Senior Atlassian Consultant, you guide how the organization collaborates by translating strategic goals into scalable Atlassian architectures. You partner with stakeholders to shape high-impact Jira, Confluence and JSM solutions, from discovery to global rollout. You will own delivery, continuously evolve the ecosystem, and craft robust workflows suitable for a regulated bank and an agile tech culture.
You shape solutions with first-principles thinking and hands-on customization, driving organizational velocity in a high-growth environment.

Responsabilidades
- 5+ years hands-on Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration in enterprise settings
- Strong ability to work from high-level briefs and drive discovery
- Experience in regulated financial services environments is a plus
- Deep proficiency in JQL, Automations, Atlassian xugodme APIs, Assets, Scriptrunner (Groovy)
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent English
- Expertise in Jira administration, workflow customization, stakeholder management, scalable implementations
