As Senior Business Solutions Lead, you drive strategic initiatives to improve cross‑team efficiency and performance. You will shape the AI strategy, guide the development of in‑house tools, and conduct audits to streamline operations. You’ll partner with managers across 50+ countries to align business needs with technology, enabling Fever to scale rapidly.
This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven role that combines strategy, tooling, and change management to support Fever’s mission to democratize access to culture and entertainment.

Responsabilidades
- Master in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM)
- 5+ years in Strategy/Operations Consulting, Start‑up/Scale‑up Strategy, or Corporate Transformation
- Proficiency with AI coding tools for rapid internal tool development
