In this role you lead procurement strategy and supplier management, driving cost-efficient software and vendor spend across the company. You will manage the tech stack, negotiate contracts, and align cross-functional teams to scale procurement operations. You’ll optimize processes, enforce compliance, and build scalable purchasing practices to support rapid growth. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping how the finance function enables business decisions and supplier partnerships.

- Manage Factorial's tech stack end-to-end, ensuring visibility and optimization of software and vendor spend
- Lead contract negotiation and renewal planning with proactive timeline management
- Own purchasing strategy for Marketing, HR, and other departments to enable scalable procurement
- Create and oversee Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite with compliant documentation
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms
- Partner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting leadership to align budgets and validate invoices




- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement strategy
- Ensure procurement policy compliance and maintain contract/supplier documentation
- Drive continuous improvement of procurement workflows, tooling, and operational efficiency across the organization

Responsabilidades

- Senior-level experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor/Contract Management, or Finance
- Strong track record in contract negotiation and renewal planning with multi-vendor coordination
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite a plus
- Fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational xugodme skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical thinking and proactive process-improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and supplier negotiation
- Ownership mindset, leadership, and capability to build and scale procurement processes
