Experteer Overview
In this role you drive procurement excellence within McAfee’s Global Procurement Services, shaping processes and supplier relationships at scale. You lead process improvement across the supplier lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver efficiency, risk mitigation, and value creation. You will implement change across multiple countries and operating entities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ESG alignment. This hybrid position in Spain offers meaningful impact through governance, SRM, and procurement operations leadership.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Act as subject-matter expert to continuously improve procurement processes and manage change across the function
• Own and drive the Supplier Lifecycle: Sourcing, Onboarding, Contract Management, Performance Management, Strategic Relationship Management and Offboarding
• Lead a team covering Governance, SRM, TPRM and Procurement Operations
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, regulations and ethical standards; identify and mitigate risks
• Drive ESG agenda across GPS and supplier ecosystem
• Review sourcing, purchasing, and contracting processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Perform high-quality process and system analysis to uncover actionable optimization opportunities




• Lead change management initiatives and project implementations across a matrix organization and multiple countries
• Manage interfaces with stakeholders (Category Management, Sourcing, Master Data Management, AP, Data Privacy, Legal)
• Champion McAfee culture and provide procurement training to staff and other departments

Responsabilidades
• 10 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing/category management
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management
• Experience in process improvement design and execution (e.g., Six Sigma)
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders
• Strong data analytics to drive insights and messaging
• Proven cross-functional collaboration ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities
• Procurement/Supply Chain certification preferred (e.g., CPSM, CPP, CIPS, SPSM, CSCP)
