In this Cyber GRC role, you help protect Arup’s digital assets by aligning cybersecurity practices with policies, standards and regulations while enabling business objectives. You will drive IT Disaster Recovery planning, risk assessments, and security awareness at a global scale, partnering with regional teams to embed security-by-design. You’ll lead ISO 22301 compliance efforts and sustain a strong security culture across the organisation.

- Develop, maintain, and test IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) plans
- Conduct regular risk assessments and impact analyses to identify critical systems, dependencies, and recovery priorities
- Manage global cybersecurity awareness campaigns and training initiatives
- Collaborate with regional digital teams to embed security-by-design principles into projects and products
- Drive implementation and ongoing compliance with ISO 22301 standards
Responsabilidades
- Strong IT DR experience and ISO22301 compliance in a global digital environment
- Solid understanding of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), application dependencies, and engaging stakeholders in ITDR activities xugodme
- Experience in threat and risk assessment
- Enthusiasm for cyber awareness and education with a willingness to lead integral initiatives
