As Senior Product Development Manager, you will shape and manage our global travel insurance product portfolio, driving consistency and strategic alignment across markets. You will lead master product development, harmonization efforts, and global policy wording standards in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and regional teams. You provide expert guidance on product structures and policy wording to deliver customer-centric, commercially effective insurance solutions.

This role offers the chance to influence product strategy at an international scale and to work across diverse markets leveraging AI, data, and cloud-based tools.

- Lead end-to-end development and maintenance of Master Products aligned with objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements
- Define and maintain standard products across markets to support consistency and strategic alignment
- Drive product simplification and harmonization initiatives across regions per the Simplicity framework
- Monitor portfolio effectiveness and propose optimization and growth opportunities




- Support strategic product initiatives and broader travel product topics as needed
- Lead development and maintenance of Integral Policy Wordings (Tu0026Cs and IPIDs)
- Coordinate localization to ensure regional compliance and relevance
- Maintain policy wording standards and manage deviations with ongoing simplification
- Act as expert for policy wording interpretation for markets and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Underwriting and regional teams to ensure compliant, competitive, and customer-centric products and wording
- Utilize language capabilities to support localization and cross-market communication

Responsabilidades

- 2+ years experience xugodme in Product, UW, Ops or similar function
- Deep understanding of insurance industry u0026 regulatory environment
- Knowledge of Travel Product Portfolio
- Ability to Create, Interpret and communicate Insurance Tu0026C
- International mindset with experience across regions, cultures, and stakeholders
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools with data governance and security awareness
