As a Product Engineer at Factorial, you will drive AI-centered solutions within the Operations domain, delivering tools for managers and HR teams. You’ll design architectures and multi-agent systems, shaping how AI is integrated into scalable, reliable features. The role combines hands-on system design with evaluation of AI outputs to minimize risk and improve user experience. You’ll work across a fast-growing, mission-driven team that values hands-on delivery and practical AI impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design system architecture and high-level prompts for multi-agent workflows
- Review and validate agent outputs with a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability
- Orchestrate multiple AI agents running in parallel and ensure coherent outputs across features




- Define workflows, experiment, and share findings to avoid information silos
- Support integration of AI models into cloud-native environments with Ruby on Rails u0026 React

Responsabilidades

- 4+ years in software engineering
- Experience shipping AI-powered features
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails u0026 React
- Understanding of LLM architecture tradeoffs xugodme and agentic workflows
- Ability to explain complex technical decisions to non-technical audiences
- Experience in non-deterministic outputs and probabilistic reasoning
