In this role you are a senior software professional capable of working autonomously and as a key contributor to complex software design and development. You lead a team, anticipate client needs, and offer guidance proactively. You assess project challenges, devise innovative solutions, and drive the team to deliver against technical and commercial goals while considering cost.

You explain difficult concepts to diverse audiences, motivate colleagues, and build influential networks beyond your immediate area.
