Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is looking for Performance Marketing Lead to join our European Marketing team. You will report directly into our Senior Marketing Director based in Sweden.
It is a temporary contract created to cover maternity leave, until end of 2027 .
We offer hybrid working model with 3 days working from the office and 2 days from home.
As Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies, while staying hands-on with performance marketing activities. You will run media planning, buying, optimization and performance marketing operations to acquire new customers and users for our products and services. It oversees our digital channels, including Google, Meta, Amazon and other relevant media and ad platforms, as well as marketing activities including ATL. You will also drive campaigns and initiatives to attract New To Brand customers and convert interested consumers into buyers.

Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive customer/user growth across various channels (digital, partnerships, etc.) Develop each paid media channel incl optimization of targeting, bidding strategies, account/ad structure, content localized per market and use of data to benefit data driven bidding and machine/AI learning conversion strategies.
Apply a full funnel strategy in all our marketing (paid media)



channels to make strong and growing impact of NTB customer growth optimized for performance but also growing and feeding the funnel of NTB and Consideration traffic in the most impactful way.
Continuously drive optimization across our paid media channels, evaluating new channel opportunities and driving best in class continuous improvement within existing channels including targeting, data and various conversion objectives, CRO, bidding and using levers such as ads, content, user journey and more.
Lead a team of 3, providing guidance, coaching and support to help the team reach acquisition targets and continue building strong performance marketing capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) Oversee budget allocation and optimize spending to maximize NTB customer intake and ROI on acquisition campaigns and alignment with our business objectives.
Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine acquisition tactics and improve conversion rates.

Stay updated on industry/channel best practices, new trends in acquisition marketing to maintain a competitive edge incl. Your Profile We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing leader with a strong track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels.
5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing or Customer Acquisition.
~ Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Advertising and paid media optimization.
~ Strong experience managing significant media budgets and delivering measurable business results (sales, ROAS, customer acquisition, NTB growth).
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable growth strategies.
~ A commercial mindset, with experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Product teams.
