Voigt Real Estate is a boutique real estate agency based in Marbella, working with international clients looking to buy and invest in residential property across the Costa del Sol.

We are looking for a creative, reliable and proactive Social Media & Content Marketing Intern who can support us with our day-to-day social media activity and gradually take ownership of our content calendar.

This is a hands-on internship for someone interested in social media, content creation, luxury real estate, lifestyle marketing and digital branding.

You will work with real property listings, professional photography, videos and marketing materials from Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

What you will do

Your main responsibility will be turning our existing property and lifestyle materials into consistent, engaging social media content.

You will

- Create content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Prepare Reels, carousels, posts and Stories
- Design social media graphics in Canva
- Edit short-form property and lifestyle videos
- Write and adapt captions in English
- Schedule and publish content
- Help plan and maintain a regular content calendar
- Repurpose property materials into multiple content formats
- Research social media trends and content ideas used by leading real estate and luxury brands
- Create content around Marbella, Costa del Sol, property buying, investment and local lifestyle
- Suggest your own ideas instead of waiting for a detailed brief for every post

After the initial onboarding, we would like you to become increasingly independent in managing the day-to-day content workflow.

Who we are looking for

You may be a good fit if you:

- Are interested in marketing, social media, content creation, real estate or luxury/lifestyle brands
- Have a strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Know how to use Canva
- Understand Instagram, Reels and short-form video content
- Can work independently and organise your own tasks
- Are proactive and comfortable suggesting ideas




- Have good written English
- Are reliable and able to consistently meet agreed deadlines
- Are comfortable using AI tools as part of the content creation process

Experience with CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro or AI video tools is a plus, but not required.

Polish or Spanish language skills are also a plus.

Internship details

Location: Remote

Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per week

Duration: Minimum 3 months, ideally 3–6 months

Compensation: Unpaid internship

Start date: Flexible / as soon as possible

As this is an unpaid internship, we are looking for someone who sees value in gaining hands-on experience, building a real portfolio and taking responsibility for content used by an operating international real estate agency.
