Lead the finance operations. Produce financial documents: monthly reports (P&L; / cash / runway), budget, business plan, cash forecast, dashboard, spot analysis, ...
Assist the management in its strategic operations as a finance business partner / be part of the executive committee of the startup
Lead / assist the relationship with stakeholders: accounting firms, lawyers, banks, shareholders…
You have a finance background of at least 5 years in Audit / Transaction services / Finance department within a corporate / M&A; / Investment fund.
