In this role, you will support customers via phone, chat, and email , assisting them with product inquiries, purchasing decisions, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Work Model: Remote
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Dutch – Fluent/Native + English B2+
Employment Type: Full-time
1,300–€1,500 gross/month x 14 salaries, depending on the project

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent , you will:
Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email




Assist customers with product and service inquiries
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Fluent/native-level Dutch
English B2 or higher
Training & Development
You will receive fully paid training before starting the role, followed by a dedicated nesting period to help you transition smoothly into the position.
Regular training sessions, refreshers, and cross-skilling opportunities will allow you to continuously develop your customer service, product knowledge, and sales support skills.
