Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle for designated portfolios within Glovo’s General Finance Operations. You will drive cash collection, analyze and resolve complex disputes, and collaborate across teams to remove payment blockers. You’ll leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This is a hands-on position with measurable impact on cash performance and operational excellence.

• Own the end-to-end AR lifecycle including month-end close, impairment calculations, debt collection, cash allocation, and reporting
• Improve cash collection and DSO by proactively managing customer relationships and clearing payment blocks
• Build influential partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Master end-to-end processes to conduct deep-dive analysis, resolve complex disputes, and address root causes
• Leverage AI tools to automate routing and repetitive tasks to drive efficiency

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Proven track record of decreasing debt, DSO and unallocated cash
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Portuguese, Italian or French is a plus
• Office Suite expertise (Excel / GSuite)
• Strong critical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and task execution efficiency
• Adaptability, proactiveness and ownership
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows is a plus
• Experience in SAP, Dynamics 365 and/or Celonis are a plus
• Experience in shared service centers, scale-ups, and process improvements are a plus
