Join Diamond Foundry’s Advanced Factory Systems team in Zaragoza as an Automation Engineer. You will design, implement, and commission automation for gas projects and manufacturing lines, combining robotics, machine vision, and smart manufacturing to improve safety, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into robust systems that scale with our growth. This role offers the chance to shape cutting-edge gas-engineering automation in a fast-paced, international environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design, program, integrate, and commission automation and control systems for gas-engineering projects from design to startup and handover
• Develop automation solutions for manufacturing lines including robotics, machine vision, and material handling
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade equipment to improve safety, reliability, productivity, and operator experience
• Collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, production, and maintenance teams to translate needs into technical solutions




• Prepare and maintain technical documentation; train end users when required

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related engineering discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or integration/commissioning of industrial equipment
• Practical experience with PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, industrial networks, and instrumentation
• Proficiency with Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA, or similar protocols
• Experience programming ABB and/or KUKA robots is highly desirable
• Interest or experience in robotics, machine vision, automated manufacturing, or gas/process plants
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication and hands-on commissioning skills
