As a Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist in the Content team, you'll shape how millions of users experience and interact with Hostinger's educational content. You'll own the journey from insight to impact - identifying opportunities, designing user experiences, leading experimentation, and turning data into meaningful business growth.

The difference you will make
- Own the CRO strategy for our blog and tutorials by identifying the highest-impact conversion opportunities, maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog, and defining quarterly OKRs.
- Design intuitive user experiences by improving page layouts, navigation, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy.
- Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments from planning through implementation.
- Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence, documenting every outcome to build a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure successful experiments become lasting improvements across our content ecosystem.
- Partner closely with the Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap, evolve our brand experience, and stay ahead of industry trends.
