? Why this role matters

We are growing A LOT, so great hiring starts with great outreach. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll help us find, contact and convince strong candidates to join Payflow.

This is an outbound-first role: you should be comfortable picking up the phone, following up persistently and turning cold candidates into active processes.

? What you’ll do

- ? Cold-call and reach out to candidates via phone, LinkedIn and email
- ? Source strong profiles for different teams and roles
- ? Headhunt passive candidates and pitch them on Payflow
- ? Follow up persistently and keep candidate pipelines moving
- ? Track outreach, response rates, interviews and hires

✅ What we’re looking for

- ? 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
- ? Previous internships are a plus, but not mandatory




- ? Strong academic background from a leading university
- ?? Native-level Spanish proficiency required
- ?? Good level of English for working with materials, tools and platforms
- ? Based in Madrid and comfortable working from the office
- ?️ Fast learner with digital tools (AI, Notion, LinkedIn)
- ? Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- ? Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
- ⚠️ Legal right to work in Spain
