Experteer Overview
In this role you shape GTM for strategic product launches and drive impact across a growing AI Business Management platform for SMBs in Europe and the USA. You’ll partner across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience to align positioning, campaigns and assets with business goals. You’ll own market insights, storytelling and measurement to fuel growth, while collaborating with international teams in a fast, transparent, agile environment. This is a high-visibility, transformation-focused opportunity to influence product perception and revenue.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own GTM strategies for new product launches, from concept to ROI assessment
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Partners, and external agencies to align launch plans
• Drive GTM project management and follow-ups to meet deadlines and achieve results
• Ensure brand-consistent messaging and product positioning across ads, freebies, and reports
• Conduct competitive and customer research, identify market trends
• Create and maintain product assets and sales materials (pitch decks, landing pages, battlecards)
• Collaborate with product on roadmap planning with market insights
• Train internal teams with Presales on value, use cases and differentiators
• Create product updates for the public changelog to clients




• Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and inform actions
• Develop marketing briefs and scripts for product presentations and videos
• Collaborate with Brand on product assets, including videos and motions
• Define Pricing and Packaging proposals with the Product team
• Gather customer stories with Customer Marketing to support product narratives
• Switch between strategic and tactical work as needed

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of SaaS product marketing experience with a track record of successful product launches
• Experience managing large, multi-stakeholder GTM campaigns
• Business-driven with ability to analyze data for growth opportunities
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Versatile generalist with product, marketing and business skills
• Comfort with data analysis and creative development (design, video scripts)
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs
• Expert in competitive intelligence and voice of the customer
• Curious, adaptable and proactive
• Fluent in English and at least one of French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese (native or C2 level)
