Location: Remote (Spain), with a preference for candidates based in Madrid or Barcelona
Apply machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision techniques to identity document analysis, authentication, and fraud detection:
Design & implement document-based algorithms for use in digital onboarding & identity authentication solutions
Develop identity document processing algorithms using foundation models or traditional machine learning, image processing & computer vision depending on deployment constraints
Develop algorithm components for cloud, server, and mobile deployment environments
Test, evaluate, and configure identity document processing and analysis solutions





~ Passionate about applying machine learning and computer vision to real-world document and identity problems
Experience developing and evaluating advanced machine learning and computer vision algorithms
Strong traditional machine learning and computer vision background (experience applying these techniques to document processing is a bonus)
Strong Python skills for research and application development; C++ experience is a plus
Commercial experience with document capture & validation is a plus
Experience in data curation, annotation, and synthetic training data generation
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, a mathematics-related field, or equivalent
Excellent written and spoken English
