In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR and payroll-related matters and ensure that personnel and benefit management is carried out accurately, efficiently, and fully compliant with company policies and local legislation.Reporting to the Regional HR Manager , you will support the spanish Station and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR operational services that contribute to a smooth employee experience and accurate salary payments.Make a difference joining our teamEnsure accurate, complete, and up-to-date personnel administration in compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies.Provide first-line support and basic advice to managers and employees regarding HR policies, processes, systems, and tools.Provide administrative and coordinative support to HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise.Ensure accurate, timely, and complete payroll input, aligned with local legislation, internal policies, and payroll cycles.Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, managers,



and HR Business Partners.Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes, data quality, controls, and efficiency.Coordinate and administrate local learning and education processes, including training scheduling, participant administration, and internships .Act as a Key User in HR systems and projects, contributing to requirement definition, testing, implementation, and end-user training of HR software.1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, personnel administration, and/or payroll.Solid knowledge of labor law and employment legislationBasic knowledge of payroll, pensions, insurance, and benefits administration.Advance level of English and Spanish both written and spoken.Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.Throughout our 86 years, our family values, passion, independence and our focus on innovation have truly set us apart.
