• Analyze, maintain and optimize IT systems supporting plant and business operations.
• Provide second-level hardware and software support for users and plant operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, applications, servers, networks and other IT equipment.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for IT improvements and system optimization.
• Manage and support IT projects related to the assigned systems, from implementation and deployment through administration, maintenance, upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Administer and maintain IT systems, servers, networks and virtualization environments.
• Support and maintain production-related IT equipment, including PCs, Thin Clients, handheld scanners and other shopfloor devices.
• Work with Windows and Linux environments, SQL databases and virtualization technologies.
• Monitor and maintain system availability, performance, backups and data protection.
• Support and implement cybersecurity requirements and IT security policies.
• Coordinate technical issues and escalations with central IT teams,



external service providers and other stakeholders when required.
• Organize and deliver user training sessions, including training related to new systems, applications and processes.
• Support user onboarding and system start-up processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures and system-related documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of IT processes within the plant.
