Lutine Bell are currently partnering with a integral Insurance organisation who are seeking an experienced legal professional to join as a Head of Legal Iberia on a fixed-term basis. This is a unique opportunity to lead all legal and data protection matters across Spain and Portugal, partnering closely with senior business leaders and regulators while overseeing a small legal team. Contract: Approximately 6 months Location: Madrid (hybrid working) Salary: Up to €83,500 Key Responsibilities: * Lead the legal function across Spain and Portugal. * Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders. * Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial agreements. * Manage relationships with regulators across Iberia.



* Oversee data protection and corporate governance matters. * Support the business in identifying opportunities while managing legal and regulatory risk. * Lead and develop a small legal team. About You: * Qualified lawyer with strong commercial legal experience. * Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders. * Strong contract negotiation and risk management expertise. * Experience working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. * Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
