We are looking for a hands-on data professional with experience in data engineering, analytics, and Power BI, capable of helping build a modern, scalable, and well-governed data platform. Fluent English is required as part of this role.
✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar data-focused role.
Strong proficiency with SQL and Databricks SQL.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard creation from scratch.
Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
Experience working with large volumes of data in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Dataverse.
Familiarity with Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Unity Catalog.
Understanding of data architecture and analytics best practices.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments.

Design and maintain scalable data models and data structures.
Build and optimize data integration and transformation pipelines.
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
Support data migration and modernization initiatives using Databricks and Dataverse.
Implement data governance, metadata management, and data quality best practices.
Support the adoption of Unity Catalog, data lineage, and access management.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver trusted and actionable data solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of a modern data platform supporting reporting, analytics, and future AI initiatives.
