We currently have a pipeline of 165 hotel units to be delivered over the next 2.5 years. These are spread across: 4 large ground-floor warehouse conversions (locals of 700–1,400 m2), delivering 15–25 units per project 5 new-build, ground-up developments of 10–25 units each, built over 4–5 floors In parallel, we are transforming 4 commercial ground-floor bajos into 16 residential apartments. All projects are located in the Valencia area and are handled end-to-end by our own teams.
What you'll do:
Fully responsible for your own project: You will be responsible for managing a full scale construction project end to end Project Planning: Plan the entire construction in advance and coordinate with the various subcontractors.



Identify when important material orders need to be made (kitchens, windows, furniture etc.) to ensure no delays.
Assist us scale our operations and expand our CRM of sub contractors by sourcing and negotiating pricing with 5-10 new sub contractors per construction phase (demolition, structural, dry walling, masons, tiles, painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers). Execution Oversight: Hands on construction management, working closely and directly with subcontractors on a daily basis to know exactly what is happening on site at all times. This job is a lot more hands on and requires real construction supervision daily.
It is not simply dealing with a contractor (who in turn deals with his construction team), you will be onsite dealing with daily issues.
