Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day corporate legal matters of the Group's Spanish companies, including annual accounts, powers of attorney,



appointment and removal of directors and amendments to the articles of association.
Provide ongoing corporate and legal support in relation to the Group's SOCIMIs, including compliance with their specific corporate and legal requirements and coordination of the relevant corporate formalities
Draft and review service agreements, construction and works contracts and other agreements arising from the day-to-day operation of the shopping centres.
Manage KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) processes for the relevant companies, including the collection and review of documentation from counterparties.
Provide legal support in connection with the Communities of Owners of the shopping centres, including matters relating to owners' meetings and associated documentation.
Coordinate corporate and other legal formalities, including notarial and Commercial Registry matters and other required filings.
