Job Description
This is a hybrid role. As a Marketing Administration Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of marketing operations across France, Spain and Portugal. Acting as the backbone of the regional marketing team, you will coordinate key administrative processes, manage budgets and supplier payments, support compliance requirements, and help ensure marketing activity is delivered efficiently and in line with internal processes.
Reporting to the Head of Southwestern Europe, you will be part of the Southwestern Europe Marketing Team,



who are responsible for developing and delivering local marketing strategies and campaigns across France, Spain and Portugal. The team works closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive growth, strengthen brand presence and deliver impactful customer experiences across multiple markets. This role plays a vital part in supporting the operational effectiveness of the team and ensuring marketing activity can be executed seamlessly.
