We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in the implementation of a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) solution, with a particular focus on biologics and advanced therapies. About You Were looking for a Business Analyst who combines strong requirements and process analysis expertise with an understanding of laboratory and biologics environments. You will ideally bring:



* More than 5 years experience working as a Business Analyst on complex transformation or systems implementation programmes * Experience within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related scientific environments * Strong understanding of biologics development processes * Knowledge of development laboratory operations and analytical workflows * Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into functional solutions * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across scientific, operational and technical teams Desirable * Previous experience working with IDBS Polar * Experience supporting LIMS and/or ELN implementations * Exposure to cell and gene therapy research and development environments If you have the above experience and looking for a new role please send your CV for immediate consideration LIMS/ELN Business Analyst (Scientific BA) - Remote working from Spain - 12 month
