We are looking for an experienced and highly accomplished Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Spain and take a leading role in the construction execution of a large-scale renewable energy project in Mauritania.
The successful candidate will provide senior-level leadership throughout the project lifecycle,



ensuring construction is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and HSE requirements.
The position is based in Spain, with significant project assignments in Mauritania. The successful candidate must be willing to spend extended periods on site in Mauritania according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Construction Leadership
- Take overall responsibility for construction execution throughout the project lifecycle, from mobilization and site preparation through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Develop and implement construction strategies, methodologies, priorities, and execution plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary construction teams, including Construction Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs
