Role purpose:
As an "Operations Specialist International Business" you are a key-contributor for the success of our organization. We are looking for a professional future colleague to provide administrative and operational support for leasing operations on a integral scale. Your responsibilities will be:
Processing of international lease operations and creation of calculations in CHG-MERIDIAN systems according customer requirements.




Contact for the customer/ supplier and the CHG-MERIDIAN entities/ departments with regards to operational topics.
Professional and efficient administration of international customer/ supplier requests with regards to operational topics.
Administrative support for our international customer guaranteeing constant customer satisfaction.
High quality maintenance of data and information in systems according to the project/ CHG requirements.
Close controlling and verification of pending tasks of international projects by a daily use operational reports.
Monitoring and control of information in internal systems

Requirements for your success:
1-2 years minimum experience in similar functions
Education related to Finance, Administration or Accounting. Financial mathematical knowledge and a good understanding of numbers would be desirable.
Effective use of Excel and MS-Office
Fluent in Italian and English (proficiency in other languages is an advantage)
Effective handling of operating systems
