We are looking for a Speciality Leasing to join our team in Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full specialty leasing cycle for temporary units (pop-ups), kiosks, promotional stands,



brand activations and other short-term commercial business lines across the assigned portfolio.
Identify, prospect and negotiate with new and existing tenants, brands and promoters to maximise occupancy and specialty leasing revenue.
Develop and execute the annual specialty leasing budget and action plan, monitoring performance against targets on an ongoing basis.
Prepare and negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements, in coordination with the Legal Department whenever required, making full use of the available business support tools.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and commercial partners, keeping an updated database of contacts and opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks to identify new revenue opportunities.
Track leasing activity, revenue, tenant performance and prepare a monthly activity report with the most relevant
