We are seeking a professional Telephone Operator / Receptionist for a Private villa in Marbella

As we operate 24/7, flexibility and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

Handle calls from VIP guests
Manage reservations and guest inquiries
Communicate with clients via phone and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Welcome and assist guests when required
Provide polite, efficient, and discreet customer service

Requirements

Fluent English (and speaking and writing)
Fluent Spanish (speaking and writing)
Pleasant and professional voice
Quick and efficient communication, both spoken and written
Comfortable using messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages (speaking and texting)
Positive attitude, discretion, and strong attention to detail
Experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred
