¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
- Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
- Implement updates and improvements to Salesforce applications.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Senior Salesforce Developer should have:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce development and customization.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL,



and Salesforce APIs; strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, OOP, bulkification and governor limits.
- Good understanding of loyalty programs - members, points, rewards, vouchers, benefits, tiers, transactions and redemption.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations - REST/SOAP, Bulk APIs, authentication, security and event-driven architecture - and experience with large data volumes / high-volume processing.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or Data Cloud is highly desirable; experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, POS or other enterprise platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce or similar AI-assisted service capabilities is a plus.
