We are looking for a Senior Project / Engineering Manager to lead delivery across three cross-functional development teams within the client's transformation program. This is a senior but hands-on leadership role: you will own delivery milestones end-to-end, keep the teams unblocked and moving, and work closely with Product Managers and Architects to ensure the expected functionality is delivered on time and to a high standard. You will act as a key delivery interface to client stakeholders in the EU and UK, translating business priorities into an executable plan and reporting reliable, defensible status against it.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in software delivery, including proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or Delivery Lead owning complex, multi-team engagements
- Experience within the software development / engineering / outsourcing industry is a
