The Role:
As our Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer, you will be the absolute owner of our Identity & Access Management architecture. You will not inherit old legacy databases or messy migrations; your goal is to design, implement, and maintain a pristine, secure, and fully automated identity ecosystem that scales alongside our hypergrowth. You will work closely with the Systems Team, supporting the team's structure (1 Director, 1 Coordinator),



and act as the strategic bridge between Legal, Security, and Infrastructure.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
What You’ll Do:
- Identity Architecture: Manage and fully configure user identities, role definitions, and positions across the organization.
- Automated Provisioning: Build, scale, and maintain automated workflows for user provisioning and deprovisioning to handle massive monthly onboarding waves seamlessly.
- Cross-Department Partnership: Act as the main point of contact and align access governance policies with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- AI & Agile Operations: Leverage AI tools and modern integration methodologies to optimize internal workflows, eliminate manual ticket tasks, and speed up company growth.
