As a Senior Business Analyst - Continuous Improvement Expert, you will manage end-to-end business analysis workstreams focused on improving how Workforce Enablement operates and delivers value to its consumers.

Workforce Enablement (WE) is the home for employee-facing products, services and experiences within RDT. We deliver digital tools, drive adoption and provide the support necessary to enable the entire workforce, wherever they are, every single day.



The Continuous Improvement & Automation team is part of Workforce Insights & Oversight and is responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across Workforce Enablement through Continuous Improvement and Automation initiatives. The role identifies opportunities to eliminate unnecessary effort, automate repetitive tasks, shift work to the right support level, and optimize processes for faster, more reliable, and cost-effective outcomes. It leads initiatives that improve service delivery across all support levels, applying data-driven methods to monitor performance, measure impact, and ensure continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Scope / (Content Leadership): Independently manages end-to-end business analysis workstreams without guidance, tackling problems with emerging ambiguity.
