Your responsibilities
- Support senior hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy.
- Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters
- Support in recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation. You can also lead entire strategy for some areas of focus
- Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges




- Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process
- Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media)
- Support in developing Hitachi Energy's recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent
- Analyze and interpret recruitment data

Your background
- You hold a bachelor's degree within HR, Business Administration, Engineering and/or other relevant areas.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment with local experience or Global / Cross country role, preferably from a similar industry
- As a person you are versátil, humble, determined and can work independently as well as collaborate well with others
- You enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasks
- You are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skills
