Responsibilities
- Assist with verification by reviewing submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Provide friendly and effective support to advertisers via phone and email
- Help ensure content compliance and respond to advertiser questions
- Support performance tracking and contribute to team initiatives
- Help onboard businesses and guide them through the setup process
- Learn and share knowledge about regional verification practices

Requirements
- C2 level of English
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Clear communication skills and strong organizational habits
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields is a plus




- 1.5 years Experience in compliance or verification roles is desirable
- General knowledge of home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical)
