Job Description
- Managing daily cargo handling activities, coordinating inbound and outbound freight movements, and ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of terminal facilities.
- Providing leadership and supervision to terminal personnel, establishing work priorities, and ensuring staffing, equipment, and resources are aligned to meet mission requirements.
- Overseeing cargo documentation, inventory control, material handling equipment usage, and compliance with safety, security, and quality standards.
- Coordinating with air, sea,



and ground transportation partners; resolving operational issues; supporting inspections and audits; and preparing reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensuring terminal readiness, maintaining accountability of cargo, and supporting mission‐critical logistics operations in a remote, high‐tempo environment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management of stevedore operations, freight terminal operations, logistics management, or transportation operations
- Extensive operational experience with ACP 129, Visual Signaling Procedures; MIL STD 129F Military Standard Marking for Shipment and Storage; MILSTAMP Vol 1 & II Military Standard Transportation Procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of cargo handling procedures, freight documentation, and terminal operations
- Experience supervising personnel and managing operational workflows
