Digital Transformation Manager, Google for Education (Spanish, English)

Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
- Experience working within or selling to the educational segment (K-12 or Higher Education), including experience with technology deployments.
- Experience developing and executing business, adoption, or change-management strategies based on market and engagement analysis.
- Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and working with executive stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to effectively communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business program management, project management, educational technology,



or technology adoption initiatives.
- Background in education, instructional design, or change management within the Spanish education sector or public sector.
- Deep understanding of Google for Education solutions (Gemini, ChromeOS and Google Workspace for Education) and educational technology trends in the region.
- Track record of defining program metrics/OKRs, tracking active product adoption, and leveraging analytics to drive program success.
- Demonstrated authority in business program management methodologies, process optimization, and risk management across complex, ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, strategic communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
