The Role - Close deals & drive growth

Own and drive sales-qualified deals from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Lead high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
Apply consultative selling and creative strategies to exceed sales quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for your clients.

What You’ll Be Doing…

Client Relationship Management

Own and nurture existing client relationships in the German-speaking market to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.




Act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing guidance, support, and tailored solutions.

Identify and Close Opportunities

Spot cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Drive opportunities to closure while ensuring clients get maximum value.

Consultative Product Expertise

Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor for Factorial’s solutions in the German market.
Guide clients through tailored implementations that meet their unique needs.

Collaboration & Sales Innovation

Work closely with Account Managers and Executives to create innovative sales strategies.
Share creative selling techniques to boost team performance and achieve sales targets.

Your Profile - You’re a sales closer & go-getter

Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
