Business Analyst / Functional Analyst The role focuses on the evolution of a mission-critical financial messaging platform, based on event-driven microservices architectures, translating business needs into clear functional and technical solution definitions. Responsibilities * ? Work closely with Business, Architecture, Development, QA, DevOps, and other technology teams, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring they are clearly translated into actionable solution definitions. * Define functional specifications, solution behavior, business rules, and acceptance criteria. * ☕ Collaborate closely with development teams to support the implementation of backend solutions based on Java and Spring Boot. * ️ Contribute to the design of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions aligned with Santander CIBs technology standards and strategic objectives. * Validate functional designs and coordinate requirements across business and technical stakeholders.
